The CD600 range of CO2 compressors has been declared the winner of the prestigious award promoted by AHR Expo, as the most innovative product of 2021, in the refrigeration category.
The CD600 range has UL and CSA approvals. This new platform, based on a 6-cylinder design, which currently includes models up to 100 hp and 98.58 m3 / h, will be available, from the second half of 2021, with models up to 102.4 m3 / h at 50 Hz, always guaranteeing the maximum levels of efficiency and reliability.
There are many factors that make the CD600 a winning product, listed by the manufacturer itself:
- It allows you to double the cooling capacity delivered by a single compressor, thanks to the size of the compressor, which is much larger than what is already on the market. With the new range it is possible to significantly reduce the quantity of compressors for a given refrigeration system;

- It allows to reduce the delivery temperature;
- Guarantees longer compressor life and higher COP;
- Ensures perfect lubrication;
- Guarantees reduced oil drag.
The use of innovative technologies, coming from the automotive sector and in particular the use of a revolutionary external exhaust manifold, lead to the achievement of these great advantages, with a significant improvement in performance and an expansion of operational envelopes. In addition, the new Dorin CD600 range of large CO2 compressors makes CO2 systems a truly economical solution for large industrial applications, where in the past the only alternative was to use a large number of smaller compressors.
