It provides full 24/7 visibility of the unit and load conditions, remote monitoring and proactive control via the TracKing web portal and TK Reefer application. The solution also connects the customer with a multilingual customer support team and an extensive emergency assistance network available 24/7.
FRIGOBLOCK Connectivity solutions offer innovative data storage, transfer and management capabilities, including:
- Two-way communication that allows the management of the unit in real time and access to critical data to ensure that the load is always protected.
- Bluetooth® connectivity allows users who are within connection range to remotely manage the setpoint and turn the refrigeration unit on or off.
- It is also possible to access the unit and manage it remotely from anywhere in the world and at any time via an Internet connection, using a dedicated TracKing Web portal or the TK Reefer mobile app.
- All data can be integrated into a third-party telematic platform.
