GEA successfully concluded the sale of compressor manufacturer Bock, previously assigned to its Refrigeration Technologies division, to NORD Holding, as contractually agreed in September 2020. The closing took place on February 26, 2021.
The parties agreed not to disclose the financial detail statements of the transaction.
Bock is a leading manufacturer of open and semi-hermetic piston compressors in the range of low and medium temperature refrigeration capacities.
Headquartered in Frickenhausen, Germany, the company employs around 340 people worldwide and generated sales of nearly EUR 90 million in fiscal year of 2019.
