The new Airfinity S air-to-air units are available in five different sizes with heating capacities of 14-36kW and cooling capacities of 16-39kW and a wide section of options and accessories.
The new Airfinity S rooftops come with more energy saving features such as free cooling and heat recovery of exhaust air and adaptive airflow with variable speed fans. The units are an all-in-one, plug-and-play cooling, heating and ventilation solution that can be easily adapted to any roof curbs. Features include:

  • AFD compressor technology with low GWP R454B refrigerant
  • Optimized heat exchanger to improve efficiency in heating mode
  • Horizontal or downflow air flow configuration
  • Integrated and pre-configured controls that substantially reduce installation and commissioning time
  • Perfect retrofitting on existing Voyager I and II rooftop
Trane’s Adaptive Frequency Drive technology is integrated in the units improving part load efficiency. It constantly adapts to the building’s demand, offers tighter temperature control and reduces energy consumption.

Complementary heating sources are available such as electric heaters or hot water coils for the colder climates. Depending on climate conditions and building load, the smart Trane CH536 unit controller manages multiple heat sources automatically.
