F-Gas Regulation and ENVI Commission – Assofrigoristi Position Paper

On Wednesday, March 1st, the ENVI Commission in Brussels put to the vote and approved important choices regarding the text that will govern the use of F-Gas (fluorinated gasses).

These proposals are not the new definitive Regulation, but they constitute the basis that will be brought to the assembly for the final vote.

Following this document, Assofrigoristi published its own position paper in which it disclosed their point of view: "At a careful reading, we consider that some of these choices are decidedly inadmissible and potentially capable of adverse effects compared to the goals of the Regulation itself".
