The REFRIGERA 2021 scientific committee is continuing to work, in close contact with the most important sector associations, to develop a conference program that, on November 3-5 at Bologna Fiere, will deepen central and forefront themes for the refrigeration market: Ultra-cold in food and pharma, refrigeration in the last mile of food delivery, new technologies for energy efficiency and sustainability, refrigeration and cooling in ICT, the extension of energy users. These are just some of the subjects which will be explored in the REFRIGERA conferences and round tables.

There will also be training and meeting opportunities for sector operators, including:

• Free training events, organized by CSG - Centro Studi Galileo and ATF - Associazione Tecnici del Freddo
• La Piazza del Frigorista, curated by Assofrigoristi, which will propose four debates on fundamental issues for the profession and the market
